RECLAIM 2025 | Together we Rise –From Female Competition to a European Community | Study Trip

Europe thrives on diversity and cooperation – but women are still underrepresented in political decision-making processes and transnational networks. In many European countries, significant gender-specific inequalities persist in areas such as political participation, economic independence and the labour market.

After the digital training and the individual working phase, we organize a study trip to Berlin. This study trip will highlight the core values crucial for shaping a female future and feminist policy-making, emphasizing the principles of community, solidarity, and allyship. Through engaging workshops, collaborative discussions, and an exploration of feminist movements in Berlin, participants will gain valuable insights into feminist leadership, community-building, and hands-on political activism.

This final session aims to empower our participants to envision and champion a more equitable political landscape for women across Europe.
