Dialog Most – Polish German Young Professionals Programme

Dialog Most is a new bilateral program designed to strengthen the German-Polish cooperation through personal exchange, leadership training, and cross-sectoral dialogue among early-career professionals.

Connecting Young Professionals from Poland and Germany

In the context of the 35th anniversary of the German-Polish Treaty of Good Neighbourship Dialog Most offers more than a traditional exchange. We combine Polish-German cooperation with a broader European perspective – dynamic, interdisciplinary, and future-oriented.

Our programme responds to current and emerging challenges by linking thematic depth with practical skills. We focus on inclusion, diversity, and real-world relevance. Participants are empowered to work confidently across sectors, cultures, and institutions – as collaborative leaders in a changing Europe.
