Dialog Most – Polish German Young Professionals Programme
Dialog Most is a new bilateral program designed to strengthen the German-Polish cooperation through personal exchange, leadership training, and cross-sectoral dialogue among early-career professionals.

WHY NOW? WHY THIS? WHY US?
In the context of the 35th anniversary of the German-Polish Treaty of Good Neighbourship Dialog Most offers more than a traditional exchange. We combine Polish-German cooperation with a broader European perspective – dynamic, interdisciplinary, and future-oriented.
Our programme responds to current and emerging challenges by linking thematic depth with practical skills. We focus on inclusion, diversity, and real-world relevance. Participants are empowered to work confidently across sectors, cultures, and institutions – as collaborative leaders in a changing Europe.
PROGRAMME FORMAT
- Small-group of 20 selected participants (10 from Poland, 10 from Germany)
- 3-days meetings in Warsaw (13 – 15 May) and Berlin (16-19 June) with thematic workshops, trainings, discussions with experts and practitioners, study visits and group work
- Public visibility through high-level event: the German-Polish Forum in Berlin (June 2026)
- Alumni integration and long-term network building

WHO IS IT FOR?
You can apply if you
- are a German or Polish citizen and aged 24 – 35 years
- are interested in shaping their professional careers in civil society, public institutions, business, media or cultural sector
- have a strong interest in bilateral and European cooperation
- are fluent in English as it will be our working language
The participation is free of charge. The organisers will cover travel expenses and provide accommodation. We cordially invite participants from diverse backgrounds and with different levels of professional experience. Also previous experience in bilateral or international programmes is not mandatory to apply.
