Dr. Elisabeth Botsch

Dr. Elisabeth Botsch is a programme director at the European Academy Berlin, and is responsible for designing and planning seminars and other meetings held in the Academy premises and elsewhere.

Her main emphasis include EU enlargement, governance, civil society, gender equality and non-discrimination.
She is also an expert in the SEN anti-discrimination-network advising the European Commission and on the executive board of the Deutscher Frauenrat (National Council of German Women's Organizations).
She is assistant lecturer at the Berlin School of Economics and Law / Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin.
Until Autumn 2011 she headed the Federal Office in the Deutscher Frauenring e.V. DFR.
